UPLAND, CALIFORNIA: Dr Sandra Lee is faced with yet another challenge where a patient has been left in anguish by a big growth on his thigh that hampers his life and needs to change his daily ‘necessity’. The patient, Keven, eventually reached out to 'Dr Pimple Popper' to find a permanent solution.

Who is Keven on 'Dr Pimple Popper'?
Keven is the latest patient of 'Dr Pimple Popper,' after a pimple on his thigh has been "holding him back." He works three jobs to support his daughter, Penny. She is aware that her father is in a lot of agony. The TLC reality show follows patients throughout America who come to the dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon Dr Lee for treatment with their 'spots,' whether they have 'maggots' in their toes or rashes that smell like "hot garbage." Dr Lee has previously assisted patients with a "third boob" beneath an armpit, as well as a guy with 400 tumors across his body.
Keven begins by showing how sitting on the toilet increases the 'pressure' on his bump. "It’s actually hard to go to the restroom," he continued. He went on to say, "Let’s say it’s a smaller ring on the toilet, the lump sits halfway in, halfway out, and after ten minutes of taking a poop, taking a poop is very painful. Sometimes the poop takes longer than 10 minutes." "This sucks," he said. "I have to deal with it every day because it’s a necessity of a human being."

Keven seemed ready to undergo needle play, which is why he made a trip to Upland, California, to seek help. Dr Lee ran some tests in order to get a closer look at the lump's location. The location is important so as to see Dr Lee doesn't hit a nerve while taking out the lipoma. Finally, Dr Lee had Keven under the knife and tackle one of the toughest lipomas she ever had to deal with.

Keven was grateful to overcome his fear and approached Dr Lee to find a permanent solution to put an end to his agony. Dr Lee was very cautious about making sure the lipoma doesn't come back as she carefully took out the entire content of the sac along with its lining. During his update, Keven looked happier than ever as he gets a tush back that is not unusual or hinder his time alone in the washroom.
