When will ‘The Traitors’ reunion air? Everything we know about the scenes that didn’t make the cut
The reality competition series 'The Traitors' premiered Season 4 on January 8 on Bravo and is set to draw its curtains on February 26. The finale will be followed by the reunion episode, hosted by Andy Cohen. The highly anticipated sit-down will see all 23 contestants back together to review their time on the show. The episode was filmed in the second week of February, and sources have revealed that the reunion got way more heated than anyone anticipated. Every season, fans tune in to watch the reunion episode, expecting heated confrontations and chaotic moments among cast members. However, this season, things got so chaotic that the producers decided to leave the more explosive moments on the cutting room floor.
One cast member named Colton Underwood, was confronted on camera by several of his co-stars, according to a source. They said, “It was reckoning day for Colton at the reunion. He was one of the most targeted players at the reunion. Both Colton and Rob. The difference is with Colton, things were personal – and with Rob, it was all gameplay. People like Rob as a person, but many of them do not like Colton as a person – or a player."
Colton's casting drew backlash due to his past legal issues with his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Randolph. The two dated for around 18 months after meeting on 'The Bachelor' Season 23 in 2019. But after their split in May 2020, Cassie filed for a restraining order against Colton, accusing him of harassing and stalking her. The two eventually settled the matter privately, but, as part of the settlement, Colton is barred from discussing Cassie on television. But that didn't stop Andy or other cast members from questioning Colton over his past behavior in the reunion episode. However, those fiery exchanges won't make it to the show due to legal reasons.
The outlet shed more light on the matter on February 17. "They were not allowed to talk about anything involving Cassie. And there are going to be things that were said at the reunion about Colton specifically that won’t make it to air. They will be cutting several of the scenes. There are a lot of things that were said that they filmed that are ultimately not going to make the cut. Some of them have to do with other people, but a lot of them have to do with Colton and his legal issues," a source told The U.S. Sun exclusively.
So, there you have it. Fans hoping for answers or clarity from Colton may be left disappointed. Nevertheless, the reunion episode is packed with plenty of interesting moments, so don't forget to watch it on February 26, only on Peacock.
