After 12 years and nine wins, the Season 23 of the NBC singing competition marks Shelton's last stint as a coach. Shelton first announced he was stepping away from 'The Voice' in October 2022. Fans must be now wondering about his life after the NBC show.

What's next for Blake Shelton after 'The Voice'?

Shelton kicked off coaching from Season 1 alongside Adam Levine, Christina Aguilera, and CeeLo Green. This season, he was joined by Kelly Clarkson and new coaches Chance the Rapper and Niall Horan. Soon after wrapping his final season of NBC's hit singing competition show, Shelton will be focusing on spending time with his wife Gwen Stefani, and his stepsons.

Shelton will also take time to figure out the next steps in his music career. Meanwhile, in a previous interview, Shelton revealed that he will be branching out with other projects, including his game show 'Barmageddon', which he created with 'The Voice' host Carson Daly. However, the singer also noted that he is open to "whatever may come" his way but at the same time, he is not in a rush for any other gig.

'The Voice' 2023 viewers took to social media to express their sadness over the OG coach's last episode. A social media user tweeted, "@blakeshelton #TheVoice I like many others will miss seeing you on THE VOICE. I always enjoyed your quips and sense of humor. Cowboy, You are the reason I watched."

Another viewer noted, "@blakeshelton #TheVoice I hate your leaving. I was hoping to be able to come to see you on the Voice next year. But now your not coming back🥲." One fan said, "Blake good luck on your new journey, you made the show won't be the same." One social media user wrote, "Well Blake all saddled up and it's one last tip of your hat and riding off into the sunset 🤠 GIVE ME A BIG YEEHAW!"

"Blake I wish you would stay hope you come back will miss you good luck," added another fan.
