A user took to the Reddit thread with the title "Anna's diet," saying, "Anna's cancer diagnosis makes me especially sad because I remember on Honey Boo Boo that Anna was always trying to eat healthy. I remember her eating fresh veggies and snacking on a bag of nuts while June and the rest of the girls acted like they were going to throw up if they ate a vegetable."
Anna used to "make comments about junk food" and encourage people to try healthy food. The user further added, "Very unfair for the people who are trying to do the healthy thing being repayed with a fatal cancer diagnosis."

How did 'Mama June' star Anna Cardwell die?
Anna was battling with stage 4 adrenal carcinoma. She was just 29 years old when declared dead.
When diagnosed, doctor found cancer in Anna's lungs, liver, and kidney. The test was followed after Anna faced abdominal pain.
After cancer was diagnosed, Anna went through her 1st chemotherapy in March. However, her situation worsened as the treatment proceeded.
Mama June announced the news of Anna's death on December 11. She wrote, "With the breaking heart, we are announcing that @annamarie35 is no longer with us. She passed away in my home last night peacefully at 11:12 PM."
June added, "She gave one hell of a fight for 10 months she passed away with her family around her like she won’t and we will will be updating y’all with more information as we get it today."

June recently planned a Disney trip with her entire family. They took Anna's ashes along with them to scatter them in the Disney world.
Shannon's family took Anna's ashes with them as the star planned to spend Christmas in Disney World and couldn't do so as she died ahead of it.
Page Six reported that her ashes were placed into a small urn that was placed at her family's rental home.
