'American Gigolo' is all set to end with the eighth episode and the Jon Bernthal-starrer has been one of Showtime's primetime weekend shows, whose renewal news is still yet to be confirmed. After receiving mixed reviews from fans and panned by critics, there is a a massive "if" when it comes to Season 2. But there is still a story to be told, and the finale will be where things comes to a head and also focus on Julian Kaye's future.

What to expect from 'American Gigolo' Episode 8?
The official logline of the finale reads, "Julian recovers Colin from an unlikely savior. Sunday can't shake a connection between her past and present cases. Michelle considers what she wants – and what Colin needs."
The episode is directed by Damian Marcano, and written by Nikki Toscano, Russell Rothberg, Dan Dworkin, Jay Beattie, and Alye Miller. With the series set to call curtains on Season 1, it appears that there will be a second installment that picks up after getting Colin back, but with the network yet to renew the series, there is still a question mark if Bernthal and Mol will return.
'American Gigolo' airs Sundays at 9 pm ET on Showtime.
