What is the plot of ‘Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny'?
The plot of 'Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny' comprises Ford embarking on one last adventure before he retires from his role as a professor. The movie is set in 1969 but follows the events of 1944, where Indiana Jones helped his colleague to prevent a Nazi from obtaining a very mysterious dial known as Antikythera. The events of 1944 start haunting him again when the US government recruits former Nazis to help them compete with the Soviet Union. While Jones is unhappy about his retirement and divorce from Marion, he still accompanies his god-daughter Helena Shaw to prevent the main antagonist, Voller, from getting his hands on a device that can change the past.
