According to her LinkedIn profile, Phalisia is a business owner of Key Sweeps LLC, a residential and commercial cleaning company. The facilities that her company provides are professional cleaning, commercial cleaning, and residential cleaning.
Phalisia has studied real estate from Kaplan Business School.
She says about herself, "I have worked in Property Management & Real Estate for the majority of my life. I know every monotonous process of renting a home or an office space and I have additionally worked for many professional commercial cleaning services and noticed a lot of cut corners. This is the whole reason I started Key Sweepz, cleaning be done right the first time!"
Phalisia aims for "perfection every time in all the service" she provides. Moreover, the Netflix's show contestant is a LGBTQ+ supporter.
Amid one of the challenges, Phalisia claimed, "I think the players have underestimated me. I think now is the time to start showing I can be the winner of 'Squid Game.'"
Phalisia then said that she was on the brink of getting a divorce from her partner. While sobbing, she says, "So we took a break on just trying and focusing on us, getting back to loving one another and enjoying one another."
Thankfully she reached a point with her partner where they were ready to give a chance to marriage once again. She added, "We were blessed with a baby girl."
Conceiving a baby was not easy for Phalisia. She managed to conceive a baby after several failed attempts of IUI (Intrauterine Insemination).

This February, Phalisia celebrated 6 years of marriage with Valerie Boothe. Valerie is a Denver native.
Besides being mother to a baby girl, she is also a mother to 3 dogs.
Phalisia recently uploaded a video with Valerie saying, "Happiest 6 year Anniversary to the love of my life, my world, my crush, my girlfriend, my baby mama, to you! I can’t get enough of you, I’ll will always be into you!"

Phalisia uploaded a set of photos of her daughter in 2022. She claimed her daughter to be, "MY FEARLESS STRONG WILLED LOVING DAUGHTER!!"
Phalisia added, "Zayn there is just so much to say let me just start off by saying you name means God’s Gift! That’s what you truly are, this year has brought me so much joy! I love seeing you grow and your big personality shine every minute!!"
She ended her post saying, "To hear you laugh it just fills my heart with."
'Squid Game: The Challenge' is set to release 4 new episodes next week on November 29 on Netflix.
