'Welcome To Plathville': Kim worries that Olivia's thoughts could affect Moriah who is 'starving for freedom'
The Plath family is trying hard to maintain their lifestyle as it was but with Olivia coming into the family, things have been heading in a different direction. In the latest episode of 'Welcome To Plathville', Kim hinted that she was not excited about Moriah heading to California with Olivia.
Olivia has been following a different lifestyle compared to Kim and the Plath parents are not too fond of it. Moriah, on the other hand, has always believed that she is different from other Plath children. Moriah aches to have a life where she has the freedom to do and choose what she wants to do as she constantly talks about "starving for freedom".
Kim's worry grows more as Moriah decides to head to California with Olivia. She states that she is worried Olivia's thoughts might affect Moriah's feelings about her family. Meanwhile, Ethan too acknowledged that things were not pleasant between his wife and mother.
He stated that Moriah often had a hard time accepting the rules that were imposed by Kim. This included restrictions on socializing, what to eat, and others. He added that he thought Olivia would be a "good influence" on Moriah and help her get the freedom that she always wanted.
Olivia too shared her thoughts on her and Kim's relationship. She reflected on the time when she was dating Ethan and revealed that Kim had a problem with everything that she did. Right from the toothpaste, she used to how she lived, Olivia recalled that Kim was not too fond of her. However, Kim hopes that things change between them.
Kim opened up about her thoughts on her relationship with Olivia and stated that she hopes she would look at her differently now that Olivia had a chance to interact with Moriah on their trip. She further added that she hopes by letting Moriah on the trip Olivia could see that she is not strict and open to changes.
However, Olivia was not impressed that Kim had given Moriah several things to complete if she wanted to go on the trip and it seems like the two have a long way to go if they want to mend their relationship.
