LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: In a recent series of Instagram Stories, Kim Kardashian candidly shared her experience with a psoriasis flare-up. The internet now believes that her dispute with Kourtney Kardashian is still ongoing, as Rocky Barker's mother appears to be throwing shade at her sister's legs. Kim's stories featured an up-close look at a patch of red, raw flesh on her shin.
"How crazy is my psoriasis right now, guys? It’s like all up my leg. I don’t know what’s happening. But I gotta figure this out," she stated in one video.
The writing over the footage stated, "Not gonna lie this is painful. Not sure what my triggers are. I haven’t changed my diet. I’ve tried everything! Psoriasis sucks."
Kim has already spoken openly about her psoriasis and the emotional impact it has on her. She told Poosh in 2022 that following a plant-based diet has helped her control her symptoms, and she also uses a lot of moisturizer and ointment to treat flare-ups.
Last week, she made news by revealing that she uses a tanning bed when her psoriasis worsens, a treatment that experts have spoken out against owing to the hazards. Kim is attempting to find comedy in the situation: "Am I tripping or is my psoriasis in the shape of a heart?" she said in one of the videos. "I totally see it…. Lucky me, I have a heart-shaped psoriasis for Valentine’s Day."

Kourtney doubled down on an Instagram story, posting a snapshot of what looks to be a group chat between herself, Phil Riportella, Simon Huck, and Allie Rizzo Sartiano, according to PEOPLE. Kourtney also included their Instagram accounts in her piece.
"Should I soft launch the YASS Kourtney group chat?" Allie wrote, and Kourtney answered with a sequence of sobbing laughing emojis.
"I mean over a martini we will debrief but dang for a group chat that didn't exist I am fidgeting," he wrote.
"Kim threw us all under the bus when there was not one actual friend on the chat," Simon added.
