If you thought ‘Vanderpump Rules’ star Dayna Kathan was done falling for terrible guys who aren’t good enough for her, you couldn’t be more wrong. Just as we were collectively heaving a sigh of relief that the Max Boyens and Dayna’s disastrous relationship had come to an end, the new SUR waitress surprised us all by moving on to her fellow employee, Brett Caprioni.

In the latest episode (April 7) of ‘Vanderpump Rules’, we see sparks flying between the two new cast members. Brett asks Dayna out for lunch, where they two discuss about Brett’s preference in women and Dayna’s tragic loss of her mother.

Towards the end of the episode, at Dayna’s birthday party, Brett and Dayna kiss each other. Although the two SUR employees claim that they are attracted to each other, fans are unable to see the chemistry between the two. In fact, fans believe that their relationship was created just for the show’s plotline. Considering that Dayna’s boss Scheana Shay has a crush on Brett, a catfight between Dayna and Scheana is just waiting to happen if things between Dayna and Brett get serious, which would make for a good reality TV drama.

Several fans took to their Twitter to express that the Dayna-Brett relationship appears to be fake. A fan tweeted, “Production 100% went to Dayna and said listen the fake relationship with Max didn’t work out so we need a fake one with Brett now #PumpRules.”

Another fan wrote, “Does anyone else think Dayna and Brett are 'dating' just to stir the pot? #PumpRules.”

“Dayna and Brett are manufactured plotline to cuz “drama” it’s incredibly transparent....#PumpRules,” declared a fan.

“In NO universe would Dayna and Brett normally be together? For way too many reasons.... #PumpRules,” pointed out a fan.

Another fan, who seems to be tired of watching these fake relationships play out on shows, wrote, “Ugh these forced, fake relationships between Dayna and Max and Dayna and Brett #PumpRules.”

Fans claim that they don’t want to see Dayna and her relationships on the show anymore. “I feel like they’re forcing Dayna/Max/Brett on us...and I certainly don’t want it. At all. #PumpRules,” expressed a fan.

You can watch ‘Vanderpump Rules’ Season 8 every Tuesday at 9/8c on Bravo.
