VH1's hit reality series 'Love & Hip Hop' may be popular for its over-the-top drama and explosive fights but there's more to this popular franchise. Like the show's title suggests, there's plenty of love on the show, over the years we have seen several relationships bloom on our screen. From Papoose strongly advocating for Black Love to Yung Joc finally deciding to settle down, there have been many beautiful romantic moments in the series.

So, the network decided to come up with a special to celebrate these heartwarming love stories and relationships in its exclusive one-hour special — 'Love & Hip- Hop: It's a Love Thing'.

Release date

'Love & Hip- Hop: It's a Love Thing', the one-hour special feature, is all set to premiere on Sunday, February 1, at 8 pm on VH1.

Plot

The network describes the show as, "Love & Hip Hop: It's a Love Thing is a couples-only, sexy date night hosted by Chris and Vanessa Spencer. The one-hour special brings together beloved couples from 'Love & Hip Hop' and beyond with a cast that includes Brooke Valentine and Marcus Black, Remy Ma and Papoose, Tami Roman and Reggie Youngblood, Yung Joc and Kendra Robinson detailing how they first met and what makes their relationship tick."

Get ready to watch some mushy, over-the-top proposals, steamy makeout scenes, picturesque dates and weddings.

Cast

The show will be hosted by comedian Chris Spencer and his wife Vaness Spencer. They will be joined by Brooke Valentine and Marcus Black, Remy Ma and Papoose, Tami Roman and Reggie Youngblood, Yung Joc and Kendra Robinson.
