NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Fox News anchor Laura Ingraham has recently taken a brutal jab at China after the US is preparing for rare nuclear arms control discussions with China in response to increasing apprehensions about Beijing's rapid expansion of its nuclear weapons inventory, as stated by a government official.

Ingraham took to X (formerly Twitter) to mock China as she bashed the country, accusing and holding them responsible for the Covid-19 pandemic.

However, the internet did not respond well to Ingraham’s blasting words against China as several X users slammed her and called her a “liar.”

Laura Ingraham mocks China accusing them of Covid-19 pandemic

Fox News anchor Laura Ingraham took to X and wrote, “Yes, the Chinese are very trustworthy on military matters. After all, they were very honest about the origins of a virus that killed millions.”

Ingraham presented an article from Bloomberg with her tweet titled, “US, China to Hold Nuclear Arms Talks Before Xi-Biden Meeting.”

In the article, it was stated that President Joe Biden’s administration is planning to discuss China’s growing arsenal.

While the upcoming low-level talks, set to commence next week, do not aim to diminish China's nuclear arsenal.

Rather, their primary objective is to provide the Biden administration with a deeper insight into China's intentions, particularly in light of the Pentagon's recent report indicating that China is producing nuclear weapons at a faster pace than previously anticipated.

Moreover, these discussions are coinciding with Biden's upcoming meeting with China's leader, Xi Jinping, at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit in San Francisco, which is less than two weeks away.

Furthermore, they underscore the gradual resumption of various exchanges between the United States and China, which had been disrupted due to tensions related to issues like Taiwan, trade, and others since their last encounter at a Group of 20 summit in Bali a year ago.

While the State Department and the National Security Council declined to comment, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin said during a regular press briefing that “the two sides will hold exchanges on a range of issues.”

Internet troll Laura Ingraham for bashing China

After Laura Ingraham brutally blasted China over military matters and accused them of the Covid-19 pandemic, the internet quickly flooded Fox News anchor’s comment section as one wrote, “I thought you said that Covid was a hoax?”

One more slammed Ingraham adding, “Yes, Fox new is very trustworthy on news matters. After all, they were so honest it cost them $787,500,000. Ok Laura, your turn.”

A person simply called out the Fox News host saying, “Laura Ingraham criticizing others for being catastrophically dishonest. Imagine that,” and one trolled her, “You worrying about the honesty of others is hysterically ironic.”

One said, “Laura Ingraham is a confirmed liar for her enrichment.”
