Spoilers for 'Tough as Nails' August 5 episode

Dirty Hands had another win in the team challenge but once the individual challenge came, it was each man for themselves. All the cast members had to go against each other to make sure they still had a shot at winning $200,000. The latest episode (August 5) saw the cast having the task of climbing a pole to save a dummy. The last person to do that would be going to the timeout challenge. For this task, two teams, constituting four members, were made. The first team saw Luis Yuli at the bottom. Meanwhile, the second team had Michelle S Kiddy and Linda Goodridge fighting to save their place.

After pushing themselves to save their spot, Linda finished the task before Michelle, putting her in the bottom two along with Luis. Michelle was not pleased to hear that yet again, two members from the same team would be going against each other. Despite this, she decided to put her best foot forward and make sure she is still in the race.

For their timeout challenge, Luis and Michelle had to make sure that they connect the pipes and wires together in the correct manner to make a light bulb switch on. The first person to do so would maintain their place in the individual challenge. As the task started, Michelle decided to not cut the pipes and instead, bend them to work things out.

Meanwhile, Luis decided to cut a few pipes to make sure he is able to make the connection. However, his idea did not work and he decided to go with what Michelle had been doing. The duo had different ideas but they were working towards fixing it. Luckily for Michelle, she had experience working as the handyman in her house. Using the tools at their disposal, Michelle seemed to know exactly what to do. Thinking of the task as a puzzle, Michelle knew what she had to do and made sure her mind and body worked in the same manner. Meanwhile, Luis was having a hard time placing things in order. Before anyone knew it, Michelle had the bulb light up and saved her spot.

Michelle was happy to know that she used her mental power to stay in the game. Meanwhile, others understood that she is someone to look out for as time and again she has proven that she is in it to win it. Can this mindset help Michelle win the $200,000 cash prize?

'Tough as Nails' airs on Wednesdays at 8 pm ET on CBS.
