'Total Bellas' season 3: Brie refuses to train with Nikki and almost ruins their comeback

Brie's finding out that making a comeback is harder than it seems.

In the latest episode of 'Total Bellas' sisters Brie and Nikki practice to compete for Evolution but clearly, they aren't training hard enough - especially Brie. Bryan Danielson, their coach tries hard to get them to work it out in the ring together but in the middle of a practice session, Nikki decides that she needs to train with Ronda Rousey instead. Nikki thinks that it would be better to train with different people so she can be in her best shape during the comeback. Brie, however, disagrees and pays for it dearly.

"On this road to Evolution, I'm thinking that I need to be my best self and I need to think outside the box," Nikki revealed in a confessional. "Right now, Ronda is one of my tag partners and I want to train with her and see how it goes." So she goes to Ronda's home with stepdad John and mom Kathy and figures out how to not come off as rusty in the ring. Brie, on the other hand, doesn't come along.

On the day of the WWE RAW, the twins battle it out with Riott Squad. As soon as they get inside the ring, Liv Morgan teases Nikki with "you can't see me" which is her ex John Cena's signature line. Furious, she lunges at her. After a serious round of wrestling, the twins win the match leaving Riott Squad panting at the ring - but not before Brie takes a suicide dive and her timing is completely off. She lands on her face and gives Sarah Logan an opportunity to punch her right in the back. Brie is left holding her neck because of the fall.

"Our match was going so good," she said talking about the incident in the episode, "I just loved the energy of the crowd. It couldn't go anymore perfect... and then the timing is off and I look like a complete idiot. It's a really sh**ty place right now for me." Brie's ring rust could have cost them the match. "I think this is where Nikki was right, I shouldn't have been training with only Bryan. I should have been training with Nikki, Rhonda and other girls. The division has changed and so I need to start training way harder," she said.

"Lesson learned. You'll get them back," encouraged Nikki.

However, right in the next match, she ends up doing something even more off-timed - she kicks Liv Morgan for real this time. Now WWE isn't real and is for entertainment so hurting another wrestler is looked down upon. While in the ring as she does a Yes Kick made famous by her husband, Brie accidentally knees Liv Morgan on her face. "My life is chaotic. I'm emotionally exhausted. I just kicked Liv in the face," she says over a voiceover.

Brie had been very anxious about this comeback in the very beginning of the season - looks like its catching up to her again.
