LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: It isn’t long before viewers can watch ‘Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One’ on the big screen, and welcome Tom Cruise back as Ethan Hunt. Although this franchise has had a few recurring characters in all movies, ‘Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One’ boasts some brilliant cast members and one that particularly stands out is former ‘Captain America’ star, Hayley Atwell.

Hayley Atwell seems like the perfect addition to the franchise, and that’s all thanks to CinemaCon. While the footage from CinemaCon won’t be available to the general public yet, a 20-minute action-packed scene caused a positive uproar amongst the attendees. Atwell’s career has its fair share of action, but nothing like ‘Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One'.

‘Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One’ welcomes Hayley Atwell

Undoubtedly, Atwell’s career trajectory has included a whole lot of action, all thanks to her appearance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. However, Ethan Hunt might be giving tough competition to Steve Rogers when it comes to the action! As mentioned before, CinemaCon featured a 20-minute scene from ‘Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One’ which had one thing, and one thing only – a car chase. Chris Aronson, the man responsible for distribution at Paramount confirmed at CinemaCon that this wasn’t the opening of the movie.

The scene features Grace and Ethan Hunt, played by Atwell and Cruise, who are being chased by the villain of ‘Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One’ in an almost hilarious yet action-packed car chase, which gives the audience a rush of adrenaline and yet enough ambiguity to make their way to the theatres in July for more. In this particular scene, Grace and Ethan are cuffed together as they take turns being behind the wheel, cruising through different landmarks around the city.

This is nothing new for Cruise, but we are certain Atwell can pen this scene down as one of the most iconic scenes she’s been a part of, unless ‘Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One’ has a long car chase in store for us, which is highly unlikely. We might have to wait for Part Two in order for that to happen.

‘Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One’ headed for box office success

Car chases, a stellar star-studded, humor, and of course, Tom Cruise, are some indications that ‘Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One’ is set to be a box office hit, but it will be interesting to see if this movie can surpass Cruise’s ‘Top Gun: Maverick.’ Whether or not that happens, one this is for certain, the 20-minute car chase will definitely stand out in the movie, and fans of the franchise, along with the new viewers who will be tuning into ‘Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One’ can’t wait to see what this car chase has in store for them.

‘Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One’ will release on July 14, 2023.
