Who is Tituss Burgess?
Tituss Burgess is an actor and a singer. He was born and raised in Athens, Georgia, attended Cedar Shoals High School, and later graduated from the University of Georgia with a BA in music. Burgess began his career as a Broadway star and made his debut in 'Good Vibrations' in 2005, where he played the role of Eddie.
Later that year he starred in 'Jersey Boys'. He also played the role of 'Sebastian the Crab' in the musical 'The Little Mermaid' and even went on to play Nicely-Nicely Johnson, a traditional white cast role in 'Guys and Dolls'. Some of his other broadway works include 'The Wiz', 'Jesus Christ Superstar', 'Ratatouille the Musical', 'A Wind in the Willows Christmas' and 'Into the Woods'. Although a well-established name on Broadway, Burgess, television fame came when he was cast as Titus Andromedon, on Netflix's 'Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt', where he played Kimmy's roommate. His performance received highly positive reviews and earned him multiple Emmy nominations for his performance.

Burgess is openly gay and is in a relationship with Pablo Salinas. The pair have been together for quite a while.
