There were a lot of big moments that happened in this episode, but one that seems to have excited the fans the most is the sparring scene between Anissa Pierce/ Thunder (Nafeesah Williams) and Grace Choi (Chantal Thuy).

In order to save Lynn (Christine Adams) from the Markovians, Black Lightning (Cress Williams) and the ASA are teaming up and forming a rescue team to charge to Markovia. While talking about it with Anissa, Grace volunteers to go, arguing that she can take care of herself and be an asset in the fight. Anissa isn't convinced, which is when Grace starts a sparring session with her in a fun, charged fight scene that only highlights how good the couple works together, according to the fans.

"Ok I loved that scene between #ThunderGrace hey @lynellewhite I hope we finally get to see @Chantal_Thuy promoted to Series Regular for next season because we are loving these scenes from this amazing couple," wrote a fan, on Twitter. "Grace can FIGHT! That fight scene between her & Anissa was so cool!" exulted this tweet. "I;d watch an episode of blacklightning with just anissa and grace sparring" wrote this fan

Many fans joked about the chemistry between the characters, even in a scene that featured them fighting against each other. "Grace and Anissa have a weird form of foreplay" joked a fan.

With the season finale in the next episode, fans are hoping to see more of 'ThunderGrace' next season and feel this scene shows exactly why that's necessary. "Ok that #thundergrace scene was an example of why they deserve more screen time," said one fan. Another one wrote, "Love how Grace is growing into a strong character this season. She's not "just" Anissa's girlfriend...She's a complex, capable, 3-dimensional character in her own right; and I dig it!"

The season finale of 'Black Lightning' airs February 10, on The CW.
