Mariah seems to think so, and she decides that she needs to help her girlfriend out. But, to everyone's surprise, Tessa declines the money, but, as usual, she asks her for a different kind of help.

She requests Mariah to help her find a new job, so she can pay the smugglers soon. Mariah being the kind-hearted person she is, agrees and goes to Nick (Joshua Morrow) for help.
