'The Walking Dead: World Beyond' Episode 8: Is Huck Elizabeth's daughter? CRM gets the upper hand over the teens

Huck's treachery does leave a lot to comprehend. For starters, did she send Huck off with Felix to go in search of the teens so she wouldn't die when CRM torched the community to death?

Spoilers for 'The Walking Dead: World Beyond' Episode 8 'The Sky is a Graveyard'

Huck (Annet Mahendru) is a traitor. No one saw it coming. Adding to this, she is implied to be Lt Elizabeth's (Julia Ormond) daughter spying for the CRM by being with the teens. In the final minutes of the episode, it is revealed that Huck was working for the CRM all along and this raises questions about everything about her and what's happened so far. Also, who was the "asset" Elizabeth was talking about? Our best guess is it could be one of the sisters, Iris (Aliyah Royale) or Hope (Alexa Mansour).

'The Sky is a Graveyard' focuses primarily on Silas's (Hal Cumpston) past and he leaves the group, in the end, looking for a fresh start. Elton, (Nicolas Cantu) follows his trail hoping that a tag team would increase their chances of survival. Coming back to the final act, Huck's treachery does leave a lot to comprehend. For starters, did Elizabeth send off Huck with Felix (Nico Tortorella) to go in search of the teens so she could save her daughter when they torched the community to death?

Second, was Huck's past all a lie? Or is she just loyal to the CRM cause? These are just some of the questions the next couple of episodes will have to answer now that the secret is out in the open. This also means Felix is unaware and is at risk of actually having a Judas in the team without a clue about the presence. This makes everything questionable and also establishes that CRM was a step ahead of the teens since the first episode. In a way, it is perfect that the organization shows up at crucial points in the show.

In all probability, it does look like Hope is the asset that Elizabeth is talking about. When compared to Iris, Hope definitely is stronger and more often than not ends up on the right side of things. She's been a rebel of sorts since her introduction and that she's close to Huck makes this theory even stronger. Although, there is also the slightest possibility that Huck might indeed be playing the CRM too. This, of course, is pure speculation, but until the finale next week, every theory is worth considering.

Do you think Huck will have a change of heart or is she a full-fledged CRM agent?

'The Walking Dead: World Beyond' airs Sundays at 10 pm ET on AMC.
