LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: In the thrilling conclusion of 'The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live' Episode 1, we witnessed the long-awaited reunion of Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and Michonne Hawthorne (Danai Gurira) after a separation spanning over five years.

The couple's epic love story faced a major hurdle in Season 9 of the original 'The Walking Dead' series, when Rick was assumed to be dead in a bridge explosion. His absence in the following two seasons left fans wondering about his potential return to the franchise.

Although Rick and Michonne have finally found each other, tension escalates as they are entrenched in vastly divergent worlds, where a happy happy reunion seems impossible.

Episode 1 concluded with Michonne, amidst a deadly assault on CRM, tearfully reuniting with Rick, who now serves as a soldier within the organization.

With five more episodes ahead, viewers eagerly await to see how Michonne's mission intertwines with CRM's narrative and if she'll be able to rescue Rick from a country from where nobody can escape.
