'The Voice' Season 17 finale: Fans rave about Ricky Duran nailing the falsetto in his duet with Gary Clark Jr
The wait for the winner has almost come to an end on 'The Voice' season 17 as the series is all set to reveal its title winner tonight during its three hour finale event. One lucky contestant either Jake Hoot from team Kelly, Ricky Duran from Team Blake, Rose Short from Team Gwen or Katie Kadan from Team Legend will be crowned the season winner, and walk away with $100,000 and a record deal with Universal Music Group.
Prior to the series revealing the winner, the finalists took to the stage for one last performance. They each performed a duet with a famed artist. The first contestant to perform was Katie Kadan with Adam Lambert. The second performance was by Rose Short and Yolana Adams.
Next up was Ricky Duran who took the stage and performed a duet with award-winning blues singer Gary Clark Jr. They performed a stunning rendition of Pearl Cadillac. Ricky Duran brought out his falsetto for his duet and fans were impressed. The duo also blew the roof off with their guitar skills.
Post their performance, fans took to Twitter revealing how impressed they are with the duo, especially with Ricky nailing the falsetto. "Omg I am obsessed with the duo of Gary Clark jr and Ricky. #TheVoice," a fan shared.
