'The Voice' 21 Finale: 'Hailey is going to win’ say fans after set with Kelly Clarkson

After more than two months of grueling sessions, ‘The Voice’ Season 21 aired its finale on Tuesday, December 14. While Ariana Grande got ousted from the race, judges namely Blake Shelton and Kelly Clarkson locked horns with their two contestants each. John Legend, on the other hand, fought the final battle with sole contender Jershika Maple. Coldplay with BTS members’ holograms opened the finale with their new banger ‘My Universe’.
 
The 14-year-old Hailey Mia, who is the youngest on the show this season, landed on stage with her mentor Kelly Clarkson. The fans got to see their adorable bond behind the stage before the duo belted out their rendition of ‘Funny’ by Jasmine Thompson and Zedd. Hailey Mia was seen calling Kelly as her aunt as the fans enjoyed a few fun moments between the two. Coach Kelly was spotted being stunned as she still could not believe how a 14-year-old could pull off such tricky notes. Apart from Hailey Mia, Kelly Clarkson will also be locking horns in the finale with her trio called Girl Named Tom.

Other key performances of the evening will include Ariana Grande with Kid Cudi, Carrie Underwood with John Legend, Ed Sheeran, Jennifer Lopez, Walker Hayes, and others. The fans of the singing reality show thronged on Twitter saying how badly they wanted to see Hailey Mia as a winner. Some of them added that Hailey performed way better than her mentor Kelly Clarkson. “It’s so obvious hailey is going to win. She literally sounds like an S tier singer at 14”, said one user as another posted, “Hailey's talent is undeniable.”
