We're close to finding out who will be the final champion in the Eastern region. Though Will Sutton and Haley Johnson defended their Titan titles last week, they have to fight for it again, as they'll go up against new participants this week. And next week, we have the Eastern region finals.

In the previous episode, Ryan Seenburg and Andrew Hanus battled it out in exciting tasks. Andrew took the lead in 'Chain Linked' as Ryan had a fall that led to a setback. However, Ryan made a spectacular comeback in the next challenge, leading to a tie. Ryan defeated Andrew at the Herculean Pull, leading to his face-off against Will Sutton at Mount Olympus.

Ryan suffered an injury at the beginning of Mt Olympus, and couldn't continue the challenge after that. Yet, Sutton continued through Mount Olympus and maintained his position as Titan. Meanwhile, Dasha Kuret showed promise and enthusiasm as she defeated her rival and was all set to take on Haley. However, it seemed as if Dasha got tired halfway, and Haley retained her position as Titan.

The synopsis for the upcoming episode reads, "The competition continues with competitors pushing their bodies to the limit by battling opponents in unforgiving head-to-head challenges, designed by host and executive producer Dwayne Johnson. In the Eastern Division battles, we see Josh Porter go up against Blake Broadhurst for the men while Shantal Athill takes on Courtney Roselle for the women. They will compete on obstacles such as LaunchPad, Over the Edge, Nuts and Bolts and Lunar Impact. Winners will move on to face challenges reigning Titans on Mt. Olympus, the consummate athletic test of speed, strength, agility and endurance. Cari Champion and Alex Mendez serve as commentators."

In an exclusive interview with MEA WorldWide (MEAWW), Shantal opened up about her experience on 'The Titan Games.. " I guess the most challenging part would honestly be just knowing that you are surrounded by a bunch of other amazing athletes. In their own profession, or in their own sport everyone's an athlete. Everyone has their own strength. You go in there knowing that. So you really have to push yourself and compete," she said.

'The Titan Games' airs on NBC on Mondays at 8 pm. It is hosted by Dwayne Johnson.
