'The Origin': List of idols in survival show include GOT7 Jay B, Infinite Sunggyu, Minzy
IST Entertainment has big plans for 2022. After The Boyz’s label, Cre.Ker and Apink and Victon’s label Play M merged, they formed IST Entertainment. The new K-pop agency also reported that they were planning on debuting a new boy group in the first half of 2022. But they would be forming it through the survival show ‘The Origin - A, B or What?’. Survival shows are the easiest ways to form a K-pop group as invested viewers turn into fans who help make the group’s debut successful as visible from ‘Girls Planet 999’s Kep1er and ‘I-Land 2’s Enhypen.
Well, IST is going all out for their survival show ‘The Origin’. Ahgases (GOT7’s fandom) were over the moon when a Korean fan at the recording of the survival show claimed that she had seen GOT7’s leader Jay B along with Infinite’s Sunggyu as mentors. Well, their appearance on the K-pop show has now been confirmed on February 16.
