'The Order' Season 2: What's next for Gabrielle Dupres after her surprise upgrade at the end of the season

From being a relatively minor character, Gabrielle really has come a long way in Season 2 and she's only going to get bigger

Spoilers for 'The Order' Season 2

Gabrielle Dupres (Louriza Tronco) is by far the most complicated character on 'The Order' and in Season 2, we finally get some insight into what makes her tick. Plus, she's a whole lot more awesome now that she has Midnight in her corner. By the end of Season 2, Gabrielle is now a werewolf and a Knight of Saint Christopher. That's bound to leave her feeling a little conflicted but what's definitely going to rock her to her core is her murder of Alyssa Drake (Sarah Grey). 

While she has been pretty antagonistic towards Alyssa since the very beginning of the show, we did see hints in Season 2 that she at least admires her, even going so far as to invite Alyssa to sing a duet with her. And somewhere under all that fakeness is a real person who just wants to belong and who's definitely going to be racked with regret over her actions.

Come Season 3, Gabrielle will have to learn how to deal with her new identity as both a member of the Hermetic Order of the Blue Rose and a Knight of Saint Christopher. And to make matters worse, the guilt of Alyssa's death is going to be a heavy burden to share so it's a good thing she has a budding romance to keep her sane.

In Season 2, we saw Gabrielle getting closer to Randall Carpio (Adam DiMarco) and despite her tough exterior, it does seem like he understands the person she is within. They're an odd couple for sure but they are also really cute in a weird way. There's bound to be a lot of drama between the two in Season 3 (after all, this is Gabrielle we're talking about) but it should still be an interesting story.

From duping Jack Morton (Jake Manley) into becoming her boyfriend to inadvertently becoming a werewolf, Gabrielle has had quite the journey in Season 2. And when the next installment of the show gets here, we're definitely excited to see where she goes next. 'The Order' Season 2 is now available for streaming on Netflix.
