'The Order' Season 2: Randall and Hamish share a fake kiss, fans say they 'should have ended up together'

When the second season of 'The Order' on Netflix starts, the Knights of Saint Christopher -- the werewolf champions -- do not have their memories after the titular Hermetic Order of the Blue Rose, a magical secret society took them away. The titular Order considers the Knights to be their enemies, as the Knights' sole purpose is to protect humanity against evil magic.
However, the Knights -- who comprise of Jack Morton (Jake Manley), Randall Carpio (Adam DiMarco), Lilith Bathory (Devery Jacobs), and Hamish Duke (Thomas Elms) -- keep getting their memories back slowly. When the Order's magistrates, Alyssa Drake (Sarah Grey) needs help finding a rogue practitioner, she gives them their memories back without the approval of the Order. This means that while the Knights are inducted into the Order, they have to continue acting that they have no memories of their past selves and also have to pretend to not know each other. This means that when the Order's acolytes come across them together, they keep making excuses.
In one such instance, as two acolytes see Hamish and Randall together and greet them, the two Knights fake having feelings for each other before sharing a kiss. The kiss may have been fake, but for viewers, that cemented their wish for the boys to actually be together. One fan tweeted, "So Randall and Hamish glamoured into Jack and Gabrielle and as far as anyone knows they are dating. I see this as Hamish and Randall dating, at least for three hours. #TheOrder #theordernetflix #TheOrderSeason2." Another wrote, "Ok I am LIVING for Randall and Hamish’s kiss on #Theorder and Randall’s cute nose rub at the end."
A fan expressed, "From the moment I saw him in this series, for some reason, I’ve always wanted Randall to have a boyfriend. Just give us that, please. Haha. And that Hamish x Randall moment just got my hopes up for nothing. Haha sad #TheOrderSeason2." A viewer opined, "When Hamish and Randall kissed my face was like :o," as another tweeted, "Hamish: Randall and I had to kiss each other to get away from our monitors. Randall, sounding slightly disappointed: yeah. had to. the order really do be teasing bi Randall...GIVE RANDALL A BOYFRIEND." Another expressed, "I'm gonna say it I'm gonna say it Hamish and Randall from the order should've ended up together."
