The Offer’ is a biographical drama miniseries about the development and production of Francis Ford Coppola's landmark gangster film ‘The Godfather' (1972) for Paramount Pictures. ‘The Godfather’ is considered one of the greatest American movies ever made, but it's the story behind the making of the classic that will be the subject of ‘The Offer’. The cast of ‘The Godfather’ is one of its most incredible features, but the cast for ‘The Offer’ is a pretty solid collection of actors as well.

The miniseries is to be told from the perspective of producer Albert S. Ruddy. Armie Hammer was cast to play him but he dropped out following sexual misconduct allegations; he was replaced by Miles Teller. The limited series will debut on Paramount Plus in April, which is perfect, considering 2022 marks the 50th anniversary of the 1972 classic.
