'The Masked Singer' season 2 will return to our screens on Wednesday night, and you'll be left confused if this is the famed fan-favorite show or Love Connection.

'The Masked Singer' season 2 is on full swing, but sadly it is also nearing its end, with just the best of the best masked celebrities left standing. The judges, Ken Jeong, Jenny McCarthy, Nicole Scherzinger, and Robin Thicke will take to their seats once again. And joining them this week once again as a guest judge is Joel McHale.

We all know that Nicole has been gushing and crushing over the Thingamajig ever since he performed on the stage. On various occasions, Nicole has also joked that the Thingamajig is her future husband.

Ahead of Wednesday night's episode, the series shared a sneak peek of what we can expect from this week's episode, and this time they have taken it one step higher with the Thingamajig's performance titled “Date-A-Majig,” along with a picture of Nicole saying matched.

Nicole couldn't help gush and blush looking at the setup. Jenny joked asking whether the series is 'The Masked Singer' or Love Connection. The duo apparently makes a perfect couple, and the Thingamajig asked Nicole what her idea of a perfect date is so he can start planning things ahead. Another teaser also showed Nicole asking Thingamajig if there is a Mrs. Thingamajig, and when he says no she questions if that means there's still a chance for her.

Things are definitely heating up not just between the duo but also the other masked singers as the series also teased that this week we will get to see the biggest unmasking yet. And all this has us waiting with curiosity to see who is the singer getting unmasked, and if they will be someone who was predicted, or will it be a surprise yet again.

'The Masked Singer' season 2 airs every Wednesday only on Fox. Check your local listings for more information.
