Florence Pugh, who is currently starring in the BBC One spy-espionage thriller 'The Little Drummer Girl', is showing off her wrestling skills in the trailer of the Dwayne Johnson-starring movie 'Fighting With My Family'.

The trailer comes just a few hours after WWE star, Paige, declared her apparent retirement from the wrestling ring on social media as she fears that one more blow in the ring might paralyze her for the lifetime. Based on Paige's life, Pugh is taking up the character of the Brit wrestler who is now the on-screen general manager of the SmackDown brand.

Based on Paige's story of getting into the ring and attaining stardom, 'Fighting With My Family' follows reformed gangster Ricky, his wife Julia, daughter Paige, and son Zak as they make a living wrestling together in tiny venues. When Paige and Zak get the opportunity to try out for WWE, the family grabs a once-in-a-lifetime chance to turn their wildest dreams into a dazzling future.

However, the brother and the sister quickly discover that to become superstars, both their talent and their relationship will be put to the test. 'Fighting With My Family' is a heartwarming and smart comedy that proves everything is worth fighting for when it comes to family.

Along with Pugh, Dwayne Johnson appears in the movie as "The Rock" and his introduction with Paige and Zak will certainly be claimed as the most iconic scene in the movie. Other than being a producer to the film, Johnson has shown his support for the wrestler whose story has inspired the film on Twitter where he stated, "In 2012, I watched a documentary about a young, unknown British female pro wrestler & her wonderfully crazy family. I loved it! It was a story that my SevenBucksProd had to tell. That girl RealPaigeWWE would go on to help redefine WWE women's wrestling. #FightingWithMyFamily".

Other than Pugh and Johnson, the cast also includes Lena Headey, Nick Frost, Jack Lowden, and Vince Vaughn. Kevin Misher, Dany Garcia, Michael J. Luisi, Andy Berman, Hiram Garcia, Daniel Battsek, Tracey Josephs, David Kosse, and Rhodri Thomas serve as producers. 'Fighting With My Family' opens in limited release in New York and Los Angeles on February 14, 2019, before expanding nationwide on February 22. Watch the trailer below.
