The latest movie from Russo Brothers, titled ‘The Gray Man’, has finally made its way to Netflix and even though the critics have mixed feelings about it, fans are absolutely in love with this action extravaganza. The action movie sees Ryan Gosling playing the role of CIA Black Ops mercenary Court Gentry being on a mission to kill a man who is a threat to the national security of the US. However, things get really weird when the man tells Court that he used to work for the CIA as well and it’s Denny Carmichael, the new mission chief of the CIA, who has been doing the dirty work behind everyone’s back.

It’s all about a chip that’s now in Gentry’s possession that has sensitive information about Carmichael’s dirty work. The film is filled with extraordinary action sequences and impeccable performances from Gosling, Chris Evans, Ana de Armas, Dhanush, and Julia Butters. However, it’s the ending of the movie that makes everyone excited about things to come. The ending of the movie sees Gentry getting away from the captivity of the CIA and reuniting with Claire Fitzroy (Julia Butters), leaving everyone puzzled.

With the main villains, Carmichael and Suzanne Brewer still alive, the ‘Gray Man’ universe has a lot to explore. Let’s take a look at what could happen in the second part of ‘The Gray Man’.

When does ‘The Gray Man’ Part 2 release and where can you watch it?

There is no official confirmation on the sequel to ‘The Gray Man’ and it hasn’t been officially announced yet. However, if it’s announced it will be premiering exclusively on Netflix.

What is ‘The Gray Man’ all about?

The official synopsis reads, “The Gray Man is CIA operative Court Gentry (Ryan Gosling), aka, Sierra Six. Plucked from a federal penitentiary and recruited by his handler, Donald Fitzroy (Billy Bob Thornton), Gentry was once a highly-skilled, Agency-sanctioned merchant of death. But now the tables have turned and Six is the target, hunted across the globe by Lloyd Hansen (Chris Evans), a former cohort at the CIA, who will stop at nothing to take him out. Agent Dani Miranda (Ana de Armas) has his back. He'll need it.”

It won’t come as a shock that a second movie in ‘The Gray Man’ universe gets announced soon because the Russo Brothers have already announced that they approached the film with a vision of creating multiple stories out of it. “It's in our DNA now from our work at Marvel. So most things we do here we think about as a narrative universe. Certainly, that's how we approach 'The Gray Man'. We have many iterations of this narrative in our minds and it can have a variety of expressions, either in films or series,” Russo Brothers told Screen Rant.
