After almost losing Lea (Paige Spara) to impulsive jabs at her insecurities surrounding her voice, Shaun Murphy (Freddie Highmore) makes quite the comeback with probably the nicest save ever. But there was a hint of not everything being fine and dandy between the two when at the end of the episode, Shaun says those three magical words to her and all she does is hug him back. Lea doesn't say she loves Shaun back and although things are forgiven from her end, the upcoming Episode 4 does hint that things are 'Not the Same' between Shaun and Lea as the title suggests.

The biggest reason to expect yet another setback in the Shaun and Lea romance is that she is not ready to move in with him. The answer is presented in the form of a discussion between the two teased by promo snippets released by ABC, where Shaun and Lea can be seen doing some yoga and he can't wait to get back to his work. Shaun admits he's not sure if he likes yoga, but he likes that she likes it so much. Lea immediately says they should pick up their session the next time she comes over and Shaun says she shouldn't come over anymore because she should move in with him.

Lea is immediately taken aback by the proposition and says things are not the same between them as they were back when they were just roommates. She says at the time they were friends and buddies, but now, with the new relationship, things albeit better, are way more complicated. Shaun tries reasoning with her saying they are still the same people who will be resuming the same old things they have already done together, but from Lea's perspective moving in is a whole other level of commitment and she is visibly hesitant from pursuing it. They are months into this next stage of their bond and although for some it might be the right time to move in, it is not for Lea.

The official synopsis for Episode 4 also teases "Shaun asks Lea to move back in despite her reservations," and whether or not she will be able to overcome said reservations to give in to Shaun is what's left to be seen in this episode.

'The Good Doctor' Season 4 airs on Mondays at 10 pm only on ABC.
