In 'The Girls on the Bus' Episode 3, Sadie McCarthy (Melissa Benoist) continues to struggle with covering the big story amid the presidential campaign.

During a campaign event in Las Vegas, Felicity Walker (Hettienne Park), a formidable contender for the presidency, chooses not to respond to Sadie's question.

However, she gives an interview to other reporters, sparking curiosity about why she chose to respond to them but not to Sadie.

Disheartened by Walker's lack of response, Sadie decides to leave the event and seeks to interview the mayor of Kansas (Scott Foley) as a new angle for her story.

As Sadie leaves the campaign event in Las Vegas, she misses a major scoop on Walker. Sadie's absence turns out to be a stroke of luck for Lola Rahaii (Natasha Behnam), who steps in and covers the big story on Walker.

At a campaign event in Las Vegas, Walker attracts attention when a man makes a sexist remark during a press interview, implying that women belong in the kitchen. In response, Walker takes off her bra and sets it on fire.

Journalists immediately spring into action, recording and covering the unfolding events as Walker's response to the sexist remark takes center stage.

Lola records the entire incident, from the sexist remark to Walker's powerful response, and promptly uploads it to social media. Her video captures the attention of viewers, who are moved by Walker's bold stand against gender discrimination.

Sadie deeply regrets leaving Las Vegas after watching the video, realizing she missed a crucial moment that could have impacted her reporting.

After the incident, Sadie makes another attempt to secure an interview with Walker. However, her attempts continue to be unsuccessful, indicating a possible dislike or reluctance on Walker's part to engage with her.
