Hulu just dropped the first three episodes of 'The Dropout' which follows the real-life story of the ex-billionaire Elizabeth Holmes who duped America with her faulty blood-testing device.

'The Dropout' sees Amanda Seyfried portray the infamous entrepreneur as she invents a portable blood-testing machine that functions on just a drop of blood instead of a whole vial. Revolving around the downfall of a woman who was once compared to Steve Jobs, the Hulu series is an interesting watch that has already got viewers excited.

The premiere chronicles the early days of Elizabeth Holmes who had big dreams and a passion for success ever since she was young. An overachiever with a genius idea, she drops out of Stanford to start a company that would eventually make her the youngest self-made woman billionaire. However, her idea is too ahead of the times as the Theranos prototype fails, causing them to fake results in order to get investors on board. This is just the beginning of the end as her tumultuous journey of fraud begins.

Amanda Seyfried as Holmes has brought an immense dedication to the role, right from nailing Holmes' distinctive tone, to the awkward, uncomfortable body language of the CEO. Fans who tuned in have noticed her efforts and were all praise for the actress. Commending her acting chops, they lauded her performance and opined that she carries the show.
