Quarantine has forced life to come to a standstill. Fortunately, there is good content out there on television to maintain sanity and keep the entertainment going. For those specially vested in shows related to real-estate, CNBC's 'The Deed: Chicago' comes in as the go-to reality show that sheds light on the competitive world of property and estate.

Running its second season, the series starring Sean Conlon as the host is all set to air its finale on Wednesday and ahead of the series premiere, the charismatic host spoke to MEA WorldWide (MEAWW) about the ongoing season. The sixth episode titled, 'The Comeback Queen' sees Conlon help out a woman, Latitia Boston, a financial analyst and an aspiring flipper, who puts in her life's savings on a project only to be taken on a ride by the contractor who does a scrappy job and lies to her about the inspections.

The official synopsis reads: "A first-time Chicago flipper faces foreclosure after a contractor took her money, did shoddy work, and lied about inspections."

It's safe to say that Conlon's challenge isn't just bringing in a major overhaul, but also to help the woman combat the stress and the helplessness that comes with such an incident. If anything, the finale will be a tough ride and it's interesting to see how Conlon tackles this conundrum.

Talking about the challenges over the course of the second installment, Conlon said: "Because we had already aired the first season, the biggest challenge was in reminding investors the importance of patience. The process is so much more complicated and stressful than what makes it to air, so it was important to remind our flippers of their challenges not being unusual so they wouldn't get discouraged."

"We will see..." said the real estate mogul when asked about the possibility of a Season 3. "Making a TV show is a lot like flipping homes with so many unknowns," he added. However, he does have his work cut out and one of it is keeping his team healthy and not worried.

"This is certainly a challenging time in the world and one that is unpredictable. My primary responsibility is to keep my team healthy and not worried about their next paycheck, so I'm doing everything I can for them."

The finale of 'The Deed: Chicago' airs Wednesday at 10 pm ET on CNBC.
