'The Book of Boba Fett' Episode 7: Will Luke Skywalker appear in final chapter?
Nobody expected the Mandalorian Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) to appear in a multi-episode role in 'The Book of Boba Fett'. So it was understandable why the jaws dropped when fans saw Luke Skywalker, Grogu, R2D2, and Ahsoka Tano make an appearance in the previous episode. Safe to say, the spin-off uses the last couple of episodes to set the storyline for 'The Mandalorian' Season 3 before heading towards an action-packed humdinger of a finale.
The final minutes of the previous episode saw two storylines — re-introducing Cad Bane, the Duros male bounty hunter, one of the deadliest warriors in 'Star Wars history, and showing Grogu train with Luke Skywalker. What Grogu chooses to do when he's given a choice between the Lightsaber (this would see Luke continue to train him) or the armor (choosing the Mandalorian way) will surely be the story of 'The Mandalorian' Season 3. While the finale will surely see Boba (Temuera Morrison), Fennec Shand (Ming-Na Wen), and Mando take on the Pyke syndicate, there is also that question of whether we get a glimpse of Luke or Grogu again.

Will Luke Skywalker appear in the finale of the 'The Book of Boba Fett'?
There is that possibility of Luke Skywalker appearing in the post-credit scene. This clip could probably be the decision that Grogu grapples with, whether to be a Padwan or choose to go with Mando. While the popular notion would be that Grogu and Din would pair up, it all depends on whether 'The Book of Boba Fett' would have a storyline involving Luke. With the finale set to focus on Boba, Fennec Shand, and Mando potentially facing off against Cad Bane, there might be less room for another Skywalker cameo.
It does seem a tad far-fetched to see if Luke and Grogu, and to a certain extent, Ahsoka Tano assist Mando and Boba in taking down the Pyke Syndicate. The Jedi have pretty much been lying low, so that theory can be conveniently ruled out. For now, it's all about Mos Espa and the final battle that sees several bounty hunters engage in a stand-off — something that fans have been pining for since 'The Empire Strikes Back'.
