Netflix 2017 hit slasher comedy film 'The Babysitter' is finally bringing its sequel 'The Babysitter: Killer Queen'. Reprising their roles are Judah Lewis, Hana Mae Lee, Robbie Amell and Bella Thorne for this upcoming horror-comedy. Here's everything you need to know ahead of the release.

'The Babysitter: Killer Queen' is scheduled for a September 10, 2020, release on Netflix.

Plot

'The Babysitter: Killer Queen' is expected to continue the story of Cole Johnson, who, in attempting to forget the horrors of his past is dealt another tragic blow: old enemies suddenly return for revenge. According to the official synopsis by Netflix, "Two years after defeating a satanic cult led by his babysitter Bee, Cole's trying to forget his past and focus on surviving high school. But when old enemies unexpectedly return, Cole will once again have to outsmart the forces of evil."

In this comedy horror film, Lewis plays the role of Cole Johnson, a boy hunted by his babysitter. Lewis is known for his work in the prequel 'The Babysitter', 'Summer of 84', 'Deliverance Creek' and 'Demolition'.

Amell is best known for playing Stephen Jameson 'The Tomorrow People', Ronnie Raymond/ Firestorm on 'The Flash', Nathan Brown on 'Upload', Fred Jones in the films 'Scooby-Doo! The Mystery Begins' and 'Scooby-Doo! Curse of the Lake Monster'. His role as Paxton Flynn on 'The Hunters' is also well known. He has also had recurring roles on 'Life with Derek', 'True Jackson,' 'Unnatural History', and 'Revenge'.

'The Babysitter: Killer Queen' also stars Emily Alyn Lind, Andrew Bachelor, Ken Marino, Leslie Bibb, Carl McDowell, and Chris Wylde in supporting roles.

Creators

The movie is written by Dan Lagana and directed by McG, who also serves as producer alongside Mary Viola, Zack Schiller. 'The Babysitter: Killer Queen' is executive produced by Steven Bello, Corey Marsh, Brian Duffield, Alex Boies, Tyler Zacharia and Devin Andre.
