'The 100' Season 7 Episode 9: Levitt and Octavia finally hook up and elated fans ship Levtavia all over again
Spoilers for 'The 100' Season 7 Episode 9 'The Flock'
The CW series has yet again managed to shock fans with an interesting narrative and a new possible love story. Fans have been waiting a long time for one of their favorite characters Octavia Blake (Marie Avgeropoulos) to be happy.
There are very few times that we see Octavia not trying to save someone, trying to survive or just simply fighting. This episode titled 'The Flock' has managed, for a bit at least, to move the narrative forward with a love interest between Octavia and yes, you guessed it, Levitt (Jason Diaz). Since Levitt was introduced in the series, many fans wanted this to happen and so many were elated when it did. Although, there were a few that were confused asking questions related to the plotline moving forward. Yes, 'The 100' has some serious fans. "I HAVENT SEEN OCTAVIA HAVE FEELINGS FOR ANYONE IN YEARS HDKABDICBEF #The100," wrote one user. Another added, "Octavia finally getting a boyfriend #The100 YES."
On Bardo it seems like Levitt is always looking out for Octavia. Amid the warnings and the help, they stumbled on a sex scene. "The sex scene was Levitt AND Octavia?!? I don’t know how to feel.. #The100," wrote a user with another adding, "Ummmm ok nevermind I lied I was wrong we can stay here a little bit and watch Octavia and Levitt be cute. She deserves to be happy! #The100."
Some were nervous this was ploy by the series, as a fan wrote, "Levitt and Octavia are hot we all know #The100 loves to stab us in the back tho so idk."
Some, of course, stuck to time lapse and flirting jokes. "Octavia had sex after 16 years LMAO finally #the100," wrote one user, another wrote, "levitt: i’m good at flirting for all mankind #the100" and yet another hilariously adding, "#LEVITT: I can’t not flirt with octavia, I cannot do it, I gotta flirt I GOTTA #levtavia #the100."
Of course, there were a few haters as one serious viewer stated, "Octavia & Diyoza didn’t live on that planet and raise their daughter together for almost 10 years for Octavia to go coo-coo for coco puffs over the first guy she saw on the dude bro Bardo planet #The100." Another said, "LEVTAVIA RISE. WE NEED SOMETHING GOOD OUT OF THIS S**T. #The100." And then, of course, there were the ones who wondered how this helped the series narrative as one viewer asked, "Do the people on bardo... allow relationships? probably not, right? If they don’t let people have babies? So how will levitt and octavia being together effect things? #the100."
Either way, we're glad Octavia took some time off from fighting, but we also wonder if this is for real or is Levitt in danger.
