Known for the quirkiest of animated shows, Adult Swim really went beyond its miracles with 'Tender Touch' — the partly musical soap opera parody that's all set to return for its third season now. Based on a segment from 'Bloodfeast' created by hosts Dave Bonawit and Maxime Simonet of 'FishCenter Live', the series sees each animated episode in a regular format, and a musical one — both equally laden with the niches of improv and hilarious fourth wall breaks. Here's all you need to know about it.

Release date

Arriving in less than a week's time, and announced with a pretty chill and exciting trailer, 'Tender Touches' Season 3 will drop on Monday, June 15, at midnight, on Adult Swim.

Plot

According to IMDb, 'Tender Touches' "Follows the adventures of the Cuylers, an impoverished and dysfunctional family of anthropomorphic, air-breathing, redneck squids who live in a rural Appalachian community in the state of Georgia.." Set as the classic plot for any other regular animated sitcom, Season 3's first episode had already aired back in March 2020, and saw "The Mendolsonn brothers get more than they bargained for at the Bradley family Shtimmer Bebik."

Simonet, and actor and director, is known for 'Gemusetto Machu Picchu' (2019), 'Daytime Fighting League' (2016), and 'The Cry of Mann' (2017).
