Amazon Prime Video is home to some of the most amazing content out there and it is ready to enthrall viewers with another thriller series. Titled ‘Tell me Your Secrets,’ the upcoming crime thriller series will be premiering exclusively on Amazon Prime Video on February 19, 2021.
The show tells the story of three characters, each with troubling and a mysterious past. The upcoming 10-part-long original series stars the likes of Chiara Aurelia, Hamish Linklater, Lily Rabe, Amy Brenneman and Enrique Murciano, to name a few. The series will premiere in 2021 on Prime Video in the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Plot
The official synopsis reads: “The series revolves around three characters, each with a difficult and mysterious past: Emma (Lily Rabe) is a young woman who once looked into the eyes of a dangerous killer, John (Hamish Linklater) is a former serial predator desperate to find redemption and Mary (Amy Brenneman) is a grieving mother obsessed with finding her missing daughter, Theresa (Stella Baker). As each of them is pushed to the edge, the truth about their pasts and motives grows ever murkier, blurring the lines between victim and perpetrator.”
Cast
Lily Rabe as Emma Hall
Born on June 29, 1982, Lily Rabe was a dance teacher before starting her professional acting career. Rabe performed a monologue from the play ‘Crime of the Heart’ by Beth Hanley at the request of her acting instructor and decided that she wanted to be an actress. Rabe then went on to study acting at Northwestern University, from which she graduated in 2004.
In 2001, Rabe made her screen debut opposite her mother Jill Clayburgh in the film ‘Never Again’. She also made cameo appearances on many TV series such as ‘Saving Grace’, and ‘Law & Order’. She received a lot of acclaim for acting in ‘The Merchant of Venice’ opposite Al Pacino. The play turned out to be massive and was a career-defining role for her. She received the nomination for the Tony Award for Best Actress in a Play for her performance as Portia in the play.
Rabe also received a best supporting actress nomination at the Critics’ Choice Television Awards in 2013 for her role in ‘American Horror Story: Asylum’.
Hamish Linklater as John Tyler
Linklater made a name for himself by being a successful stage actor and appearing in many theatre productions. He made his big-screen debut in 2000's ‘Groove’. Linklater followed it by a role as CNN correspondent Richard Roth in the HBO movie ‘Live from Baghdad’.
He was also a part of Aaron Sorkin's ‘The Newsroom’ in a recurring role, playing senior producer Jerry Dantana.
Amy Brenneman as Mary Barlow
The three-time Golden Globe-nominated actress Amy Brenneman is also an integral part of the show and will be playing the role of Mary Barlow. The veteran actress started her career in the '90s and has worked in hit TV series such as ‘NYPD Blue’, ‘Frasier’, ‘Judging Amy,’ and ‘Grey’s Anatomy’.
For her role in ‘Judging Amy,’ she also received nominations in the lead actress in a drama series category at the Primetime Emmys between 2000 and 2002. Apart from the above-mentioned projects, Brenneman has also appeared in ‘Goliath’, ‘Jane the Virgin’, ‘The Leftovers’ and ‘Private Practice’.
Creators
Created and written by Harriet Warner, the show chronicles the journey of three characters who have their own troubling backstories and how their motives get murkier when they are pushed to the edge. The show is co-produced by Bruna Papandrea’s Made Up Stories and Turner’s Studio T. Warner executive produces along with Papandrea and Casey Haver for Made Up Stories. John Polson has directed the series.

The trailer teases viewers with a glimpse of what appears to be a serial murderer who is clearly on a spree, leaving a trail of cadavers in unexpected places.
