SANILAC COUNTY, MICHIGAN: The $450,000 Michigan home that stars Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra of 'Teen Mom: The Next Chapter' is now listing and is at risk of going into foreclosure. In September 2023, Catelynn and Tyler offered their previous family home for $454,900; but, in December of the same year, they lowered the price to $449,900.
The couple is having financial difficulties, which is why the property is still for sale almost a year later. A Michigan Register of Deeds Office filed a Certificate of Forfeiture of Real Property in March 2024, as exclusively disclosed by The US Sun.
The following real estate was turned over to the Sanilac County Treasurer on March 1, 2024, as a result of the owner's failure to pay property taxes for 2022. If the couple doesn't make the payment by the deadline specified in court records, the house may go into foreclosure. The US Sun could confirm that no judgment has been filed with the Register of Deeds Office.
