As the episode begins, Rupert finds his way into Rebecca’s office to invite her to a meeting about the Akufo Super League. Before leaving the room, he asks her why her the painting was not hanging in her office. This line holds some weight as it was Rupert who bought the painting for Rebecca. Rebecca's hatred for the painting

The painting denotes a connection between Rupert and Rebecca, and fans know for sure what it means. ‘Ted Lasso’ chronicled the story of Rebecca’s divorce from Rupert and how badly he treated her during their marriage. So, it is likely that she took down the painting as she wanted to get rid of all traces of Rupert from her life and his hold on her.

Rebecca has an epiphany

In ‘Ted Lasso’ Episode 10, as Rebecca re-hangs the painting, she has an epiphany. Rupert does not affect her anymore and she won’t stop living her life because of him. She realizes he holds no power over her anymore and she was free. She tells Ted that this meant she was no longer committed to beating Rupert, unlike earlier, when she placed a lot of pressure on Ted to beat West Ham in Episode 4. She delivered a heartfelt speech about how much soccer meant to the people of UK and the world, stating she wanted to win for Richmomd AFC and her friends.

‘Ted Lasso’ Season 3 is streaming on Apple TV+.
