UNIVERSAL CITY, CALIFORNIA: A Battle Round on season 25 of 'The Voice' is so outstanding that coaches use one another's language! On March 19's Battles, Team Chance's Maddi Jane and Nadège Moss perform a passionate duet of Lauryn Hill's 'Can't Take My Eyes Off of You,' which has the other season 25 coaches -- Reba McEntire, John Legend, and Dan + Shay -- demanding both singers on their respective teams.

"That's my team!" Chance the Rapper boasted.

However, Dan Smyers cautioned, "Somebody's gonna use a steal. It might not be your team anymore!"

"Both tones are so special," he informed Maddi and Nadège. "You guys both have what it takes to go really, really far in this show."

"I'm so jealous that you're not on Team Legend right now," John said to both vocalists. "You found your own ways of being yourself, while also being great together."

"You shared the stage like professionals," Reba continued. "Your vocals were, as Chance would say, 'Dope!'"

Who won 'The Voice' Season 25 Battle Round between Maddi Jane and Nadège Moss?

The act "fulfilled" Chance, he claimed. Chance ultimately chose Maddi to go to the Knockout Round.

John, Dan + Shay both utilize their Steals to fight for Nadège after she lost to Maddi. However, at the last minute, Chance smashes his Playoff Pass, saving Nadège's dock on Team Chance.

"I wanted a double dose of beating John Legend at the John Legend game," he stated.

"It's sadistic!" John shouted. "I'm tired of getting my heart broken."

In a confessional, he stated that he must accept the fact that Chance is now his "enemy".

On YouTube, fans wrote, "I really do belive that Maddie is Chance’s team front runner, she is versatile and current, she is the artist that Chance will use as a vessel to Connect with the audience to gather people’s vote." Another Maddi fan chimed in, "Maddie's runs is out of this world."

One user also commented, "best performance so far. Maddie is the obvious choice but man oh man Nadège's voice is outstanding. She's my choice." A fourth fan wrote, "Maddie's presence is enough."

A fan further urged, "oh i would die for a nadège record. her tone and artistry are everything i love. but i think in a competition setting, maddi takes the win." "The way they did runs in harmony is so impressive wow. Their voices blend beautifully and that's a testament to their skill and perfect pitch," wrote another.
