The upcoming SyFy series titled 'Astrid & Lilly Save the World' will be featuring a new and different monster-hunting duo with their original series. The two unlikely heroines will act as the left and right in the upcoming fantasy series.
'Astrid & Lilly Save the World' will be featuring Jana Morrison as Astrid and Samantha Aucoin as Lilly, who is more often bullied for being plus-sized by their classmates. However, the duo accidentally opens up a portal for a monster dimension. So the duo starts rising up and working for saving the world, and along with this, they also balance their social life, including things like crushes, homework, annoying siblings and other stuff from their high school. Jana Morrison talked about the series and said, "When I got the audition, I was excited about it because one of the things it was saying was the girls are supposed to be a little bit bigger- plus-sized people."
