Ladies and gentlemen drop your buffs, we made it to the merge! 'Survivor: Winners at War' Season 40 is all set to return on Wednesday night for Episode 3 titled 'This is Where the Battle Begins'. This week the remaining 11 castaways and one castaway from the Edge of Extinction will hit the 'Survivor' milestone by making it to the merge.

Known as Koru, the merged tribe already consists of the 11 castaways, Sophie Clarke, Jeremy Collins, Ben Driebergen, Michele Fitzgerald, Wendell Holland, Adam Klein, Sarah Lacina, Kim Spradlin-Wolfe, Denise Stapley, Tony Vlachos and Nick Wilson. Apart from that, the battle between the 'Edge of Extinction' contestants has arrived, and we can't wait to see who is the one lucky castaway to make it to the merge.

In a sneak peek that was scared by the series on Twitter, Jeff Probst begins by saying, "Alright, we have 11. We're about to have 12. Come on in guys." We see the castaways who were voted off during the tribal council, Natalie, Amber Mariano, Dani, Tyson, Rob Mariano, Ethan Zohn, Parvati Shallow, and Yul Kwon return from the Edge of Extinction.

"Missing from the group, a 'Survivor' legend, Sandra raised the sail and brought her Survivor adventure to an end," Jeff added, as the sneak peek came to an end. Eagerly waiting to see how Wednesday night's episode will turn out, and who will be the one contestant from EoE to make it to the merge, fans on Twitter share who they are rooting for.

While there were fans who wanted Natalie or Parvati Shallow to make it to the merge, most were rooting for Rob to make it to the merge. Taking to Twitter, a fan wrote, "@BostonRob Can’t wait it’s the only show that takes me away from the world crisis for 1 hour-I wish we could binge watch!! More please! PS can’t wait to see Boston Rob get back in the game!!"

"Come on @BostonRob. I am counting in you to get back in the game. #Survivor40," a fan wrote. While another shared, "I hope he does, too!"

"Let's go, @BostonRob! You got this! Would love to see you at the end with @jeremy2collins and @sarahlacina. Three of the best to ever play #Survivor though there can only be one winner... Maybe I shouldn't hope for such a strong final 3 after all," a fan shared. Another wrote, "Boston Rob the champion of champions for the win!!!!!!! Please Rob!"

"I hope Rob gets back in the game," a fan added.

'Survivor: Winners at War' Season 40 airs every Wednesday night on CBS. Check your local listings for more information.
