'Survivor: Winners at War' Season 40: Boston Rob strikes again and fans can't believe how he is so controlling
In what was a tribal council first, Rob Mariano makes everyone from the Sele tribe empty their bags to see who has an immunity idol, and viewers can't believe he has so much control despite having a target on his back.
'Survivor: Winners at War' Season 40 returned for Episode 2 on Wednesday night, and we were in for a shocking tribal council, with the old school alliance being revealed after Danni gets insecure about her spot in the tribe.
Last week we saw Natalie and Amber Mariano sent packing to the Edge of Extinction after they were voted out from the tribal council. While members of the Dakal tribe were happy they got rid of Amber, it didn't sit well with Boston Ron who is now out for Sandra Diaz knowing it was her behind Amber's vote out.
Back again this week, it was a bad day for Sele, as they loose terribly during the immunity challenge. While Sandra and Sophie from Dakal worked very fast on their puzzle, Rob and Denise take their time in sorting out the puzzles first making it an easy win for Dakal.
While Rob tried to explain his strategy to the rest of the tribe back at their island, he knew he blew it. Despite him being the reason for Dakal losing the immunity challenge, Rob is still the one controlling the tribe.
While Rob's first aim was Jeremy or Ben, Danni makes herself a target after she tells Rob she wants to vote Parvati out.
Going to tribal council, things take an unexpected turn when Ben reveals that the old school players are all paranoid because they haven't played the game in a long time. He then lets the cat out of the bag revealing Danni told him about there being an old school alliance in front of him and Ethan.
He adds that it all started with searching for an immunity idol. This makes Rob take control yet again wanting to find out who has the idol. He asks everyone to empty their bags to see who has the idol, and fans are shocked that the other members blindly just listened to him.
In the end, he finds no idol, and as planned they vote Danni out. Taking to Twitter after the episode, fans cannot believe that Rob still holds such power and control over the other tribe members at Dakal.
