'Survivor' Season 41: Green tribe wins first task, Yellow team slammed for losing

Green tribe won the inaugural task of 'Survivor' Season 41, but it was the Yellow that embarrassed itself

‘Survivor’ is back and fans are really excited to see what new things that the show can offer this time around. Already, we know that the show will be going on for 26 days and there will be no rest for the teams. All the 18 castaways have been divided into three tribes: Luvu (Blue), Yase (Yellow), and UA (Green).

So, the first task of the season turned out to be an entertaining one as every team had to find paddles of their team color, get to a boat and row it to a red ball-like structure. The first team to unclip it from the rope will win all the supplies. Meanwhile, others would have to try again. All teams started really passionately, but it was the Blue team that found all the paddles and got to the boat. On the other hand, the Green team was the second to arrive. However, it was Yellow that embarrassed itself as the side could not find all the paddles till the first task ended. The Blue team was the first to be on the boat, but they could not move forward because they forgot to unclip the anchor. On the other hand, the Green team was really fast and they unclipped the anchor first to win the game.

The Green team included Brad Reese, Sara Wilson, Shantel Smith, Jairus Robinson, Ricard Foye, and Genie Chan. Social media was lit after the first task and users were not that kind enough to the Yellow and Blue teams. One of the users stated that the Yellow team should be sent back home. “Let's just take the yellow tribe back home,” one user stated. “Is literally anyone surprised the yellow tribe is the mess tribe,” said another one. Meanwhile, another user shared, “Blue and yellow tribes are dumb. jeff probably lol internally.”

There were some people who believed that the Yellow team was literally lost during the task. Another user noted, “Yellow Tribe Seems Lost Like Literally Lost.” Another user shared, “Okay yellow was the Joker's color too tho.” Another user noted, “The Yellow tribe was put together strictly to fight each other and it’s going to be so awesome.”

The teams were then sent to the beach and they needed to get some really important things for their tribes. As of now, the Green team looks to have the edge, but let’s see how each player works because in the end only one is going to win the game and everyone would want to have a shot at the final prize.
