'Supernatural' Season 15 Episode 2: Will the Winchesters negotiate a deal with the demons spit out of hell?

Cas, who wants nothing to do with Belphegor is currently working with him to make things as close to normal as possible, so Dean may just be forced to do the same in order to ensure God's plan doesn't reach fruition.

The Winchester brothers have their work cut out for them in the finale season, what with God (Rob Benedict) himself having declared war against them. Season 14 of The CW series had ended with God telling Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) that they can deal with all the souls they already sent to hell all over again because he is tired of them thinking they have a choice at anything.

In the premiere episode of the ongoing Season 15 we saw Sam and Dean send a few ghosts who we were introduced to in the previous seasons, come back to earth, and Sam and Dead trapping them in supernatural prison created by the low-level demon named Belphegor currently inhabiting Jack's (Alexander Calvert ) body. However, the evil spirits and souls troubles are far from over for Sam and Dean, and in the upcoming Episode 2 of the season, we see more souls from hell rising up.

In the Season 15 Episode 2, aptly titled 'Raising Hell', we will see Sam and Dean come to the realization that something is not right, even though they had speculated previously that God manipulated them their entire lives and has now gotten bored and left them to their own devices. Clearly, things are not as simple as Sam and Dean putting a salt bullet in a bunch of ghosts or beheading a few supernatural creatures, because in the trailer for the upcoming episode we see Sam and Dean negotiating with the souls that were raised from hell.

We see that the ghosts are ready to come up with a plan that would allow for both parties to co-exist, but Dean has a counter-offer: "You go to hell". Well, that is totally on-brand for Dean, but this may not be the route the brothers end up taking in the end. After all, Cas, who wants nothing to do with Belphegor is currently working with him to make things as close to normal as possible, so Dean may just be forced to do the same in order to ensure God's plan doesn't reach fruition.

Season 15 Episode 2 of 'Supernatural' airs on Thursday, October 17, on The CW.
