Spoilers
Logan Roy and his children Connor, Kendall, Siobhan aka Shiv and Roman try to reinvent their father's media conglomerate, Waystar Royco, to survive the slump the company has gotten into after the introduction of new media. The official synopsis reads: "Ambushed by his rebellious son Kendall at the end of Season 2, Logan Roy begins Season 3 in a perilous position.
