There’s nothing more exciting than a spy series and these days, there are plenty to find while you spend your time at home. One of the shows that might fill you with excitement and give you everything that you like in a spy thriller is none other than ‘Spy City’.

The series follows the story of an English spy named Fielding Scott (Dominic Cooper) as he is sent to Berlin in 1961 on a mission to find out the source of the leak of vital security information. It seems the Russians know everything about Britain’s plans. Is anyone from the UK Embassy helping the Russians? The viewers can get an answer to that burning question when the series arrives on AMC+. The series will show how intelligence agents face so many problems while defending their countries. How to live stream

AMC+ is releasing Spy City as a shorter series than some of its other shows. We can expect to see six episodes in total from Spy City. The viewers would need to download the AMC+ app to watch the series. You can subscribe to AMC+ directly, via a mobile app store (App Store, Google Play). AMC+ is also available on other streaming services like Apple TV Channels, Amazon Prime Video Channels, Comcast Xfinity, DirecTV, Dish, Roku, and Sling TV.

Plot

The official synopsis reads, “The espionage Cold War series follows the awful dilemma faced by the English spy Fielding Scott (Dominic Cooper) as he is sent to Berlin in 1961 on a mission to find out the source of the leak of vital security information. The Russians, it seems, know everything. Someone in Berlin is giving away all the secrets of the Western - American, British, and French - powers. Fielding has been given possibly the hardest job in the world: clean up Berlin. He must find out who the traitor is and expose, arrest, or eliminate that person.”

Cast

The cast of the upcoming series ‘Spy City’ includes the likes of Dominic Cooper and Johanna Wokalek. Cooper will be playing the role of Fielding Scott in the series while Wokalek portrays the character of Ulrike Faber. Apart from the aforementioned stars, the series also features stars like Romane Portail, Leonie Benesch, Brian Caspe, and Tom Ashley in pivotal roles.

Creators

Created by William Boyd, the series is being helmed by Miguel Alexandre. Meanwhile, Boyd, Andrea Wetzel, Ann-Kathrin Eicher, Britta Meyermann and Mischa Hoffman will serve as producers whereas Anand Tucker and Colleen Woodcock will be co-producers. Cooper, Annika Schmidt, Bill Block, Michael Schuld, Sven Phillip, Thomas Augsberger, and Wolfgang Feindt will serve as executive producers.

Trailer
