'Solar Opposites' Season 2: Release date, plot, cast, trailer and everything else about the Hulu show
Hulu’s most-watched original comedy premiere to date -- 'Solar Opposites' -- has received a renewal for its second and third seasons. Co-creators Justin Roiland, Mike McMahan and 20th Century Fox Television have renewed it for a 12-episode third season. The second season of the show will contain eight episodes.

The release date of the second or third season of 'Solar Opposites' has not been confirmed as of now.
Plot:
The plot of the second season has not been revealed officially as of now. However, what we can look forward to is more adventures of the five aliens who landed on Earth after their home planet Schlorp gets destroyed by an asteroid. Following the same format as the first season, the episodes by themselves will be independent adventures of different characters, but as a whole we expect to see more of The Pupa, possibly having evolved completely. We also expect to see more of Yumyulack and his terrarium.
Cast:
Justin Roiland as Korvo
Justin Roiland plays the role of Korvo, who is an intelligent alien scientist and he hates Earth. Korvo's aim is to leave as soon as possible
Thomas Middleditch as Terry
Thomas Middleditch plays the role of Terry in the show. Terry is Korvo’s idiotic partner who enjoys being on Earth and is too fascinated with human culture to leave as much as Korvo wants to.
Sean Giambrone as Yumyulack
Sean Giambrone voices the role of Yumyulack, Korvo’s replicant, who is a self-proclaimed scientist and bounty hunter. He tends to shrink people he dislikes to add to his terrarium.
Mary Mack as Jesse.
Actor Mary Mack voices Terry’s replicant in the show, who is generally kind and wants to fit into human society.
Sagan McMahan as The Pupa
Sagan McMahan voices The Pupa, who is an infant alien who will one day evolve into its true form and rebuild the planet in the image of the Schlorp homeworld using data stored in its DNA. However, The Pupa needs safekeeping, and the show centers on this.
Creators:
Justin Roiland and Mike McMahan have co-created and produced the show. Justin Roiland is an American actor, animator, writer, producer, director and game developer. He is best known as the co-creator and executive producer of Adult Swim's 'Rick and Morty', in which he voices the show's titular characters. Mike McMahan worked as the writer's assistant on 'Rick and Morty' for 10 episodes.

So far, there are no official trailers for the upcoming season, however, Hulu released the following teaser announcement video to confirm the renewal of season 2 and 3 for the show.
